What we collect and why

What you type into a generator stays in your browser and is never sent to us. If you write to us we hold your name, your email address and your message. If you open an account we hold that account, the forms on it and the submissions your forms receive.

Legal basis and sharing

We are the vendor: you buy from us and what your forms receive stays with us and our processors (hosting, email delivery, payments). We do not sell it, rent it or pass it to anybody else, and there is no lead broker behind this site.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for 24 months from when they are sent, then deleted, and any copy held to pass an enquiry to a firm has the name, email, phone and message removed at the same point. Aggregate statistics that identify nobody are kept indefinitely.

Analytics

This site uses cookieless, aggregate analytics. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no consent banner needed.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask for deletion at any time: hello@endpointo.com. We respond within one month. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) in the UK. Ellul Solutions Ltd's establishment in the EU is in Malta, so its lead supervisory authority in the EU is the Office of the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (idpc.org.mt); you can also complain to the authority in the EU country where you live or work.
