One paid plan
Every generator on this site is free and stays free, with no account and no clock on it, because a developer should not have to sign up to read a snippet. What is not free is the endpoint. When your form posts to Endpointo, the submission is validated, emailed to you, stored with any files attached to it and kept where you can search it later. That is the part that runs on servers, so that is the part with a price on it.

Endpointo Pro is $19.00 per month. It renews automatically each month at the same price until you cancel, and the price and the renewal date are shown on the checkout page before you pay. Cancel from your account page at any time, in one click, with no email and no phone call. The plan runs to the end of the month you have paid for and then stops.
Online payments: Stripe's processing fee plus a 1% platform fee per payment, deducted before your payout.
Should you just use a form builder instead?
If you do not want to touch HTML at all, buy a form builder: it will give you a drag-and-drop editor, a hosted page and a theme, and you will never see the markup. Endpointo is for the other case, where the form belongs in your own page, in your own repository, styled by your own CSS, and the only thing you are missing is somewhere for it to post.
The category figures above are the competitors' own published prices, read on 2026-09-06: Getform lists a developer tier at $19 per month (https://getform.io/pricing) and Basin lists a Starter tier at $12.50 per month (https://usebasin.com/pricing). Both are the yearly-billed rates their pricing pages show. Each figure is recorded in research/data/claims.tsv with its source and the date it was read.
